It’s that time of the year again when the top performers and most valued club members are recognised at the Annual Awards Dinner at the Mardyke. The 2017 season proved to be a tough one both on and off the field with resources pushed the limits due to commitments at both club and interprovincial levels.
Despite the increased workload, the club performed admirably and the 1st XI retained their Munster Premier Division, Senior Cup and Senior T20 titles; while Scot Jeffers and his 2nd XI pushed for the Division 1 title right until the final round of games. The 3rd XI endured a transitional season during which a number of the Cork County Cubs made league debuts which bodes well for the coming seasons.
The Awards Dinner will take place on Sunday, 22nd October, starting at 6 p.m. at the Mardyke with awards to be presented at both the Youth and Adult sections. All member, parents and supporters are welcome so we look forward to seeing you on the 22nd October! #WeAreCounty
