Following the renovation and refurbishment of the Cork County bar facilities over the past few months under the guidance of Project Manager Matt Reed, the new club bar will finally reopen on Wednesday the 7th of April and the Club’s committee are delighted to welcome all members to come along and experience the newly refurbished facilities.
The Pavilion and changing room facilities are currently being refurbished and it is hoped to have these up and running in the next few weeks prior to the start of our competitive cricket season.
Next weekend will see the visit of Baxenden Cricket Club, who are based outside Manchester, and they will take on a Cork County XI in a 40 Over match on Saturday and 20 Over match on Sunday which will commence the Club’s pre-season schedule. The new bar facilities will be fully up and running to cater for players, members and visitors over the coming weekend.
