It is with great sadness that we learned of the passing of club stalwart Pat Twomey on the morning of Saturday, 10th October 2015. Pat was a true gentleman and a wholehearted supporter of Cork County Cricket Club, and his presence on the sideline will be sorely missed. The thoughts of all at CCCC are with the Twomey family.
Having watched his son Brian represent Cork County during the late 80’s/early 90’s, Pat’s love of the game never left him. Pat and his wife Vivian were regular spectators at Cork Count fixtures at all levels up both at home and away giving the players great support from the sidelines. #RIP
